Vallée de l’Hérault Grand Prix
Montpellier Agglo have fallen.
After having reported on these last two meets of the Grand-Prix Sport-tambourin the new Montpellier Agglo team were heavily defeated by the Vallée de l’Hérault Selection at Gignac (13-2). The greens of the Vallée de l’Hérault team waited resolutely for the blues and orange Agglo team, who defeated them at Cournonterral (13-9).
With two victories under their belts at the last two meets, Montpellier Agglo came confidently on to the court at Vallée de l’Hérault. But the Vallée de l’Hérault Selection, stung by their previous defeat, rapidly took the lead, and kept it until the end. They only left crumbs for the visitors coming from Clapas.
Regards the women’s teams, the Grand Pic-St-Loup Selection led the dance with two victories, no losses. There were no womens’ games at the Tambouri’Fete, the women’s team of Vallée de l’Hérault have not yet put on their kits. It should be the case at the Grand Prix Hérault-Méditerranée.
